Earn 1 free ride for every 10 rides completed.

On-demand rides for immediate pickup within the geographical servicing area. The closest active Driver will be notified immediately and begin the pickup process, with live GPS tracking available to you, along with an ETA and a cost estimate for the total fare.

Schedule rides between 3 hours in advance and up to 90 days in advance for upcoming trips. You will be assigned a Driver of your choice or the first available/closest to your location. You will receive live GPS tracking 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup date/time, an ETA for your destination location, and a cost estimate for the total fare.

Upon entering your pick-up and destination details, you will be provided with:

A cost estimate of your total fare

Live GPS location of the driver up through your dropoff/destination
You will also have the option to:

Block/request specific drivers and cars

Make requests for a baby/child seat

Request pet travel

Order personalized options such as entertainment, beverages, amenities, etc.

First ride free promotion applies to first-time riders only and is credit subject to apply towards the first $20 or 20 miles, whichever comes first.
